As summer starts to wind down and the seasons begin to shift, it is an invitation from Mother Earth to do the same in your own life. She reminds us that everything changes and it is a necessary process.
We should reflect and take stock in our own lives of what we need to shed in order to grow and produce new fruit.
We have planned a 4 day retreat in the mountains of Tennessee to give you some intentional space and time to reflect and revisit past memories, experiences, dreams, and relationships that are from a past season. You will be invited to bring them to the forefront and allow yourself to fully immerse in the feelings that come with them.
Does that scare you? Does that excite you? Does that confuse you? It’s ok. We are going to be there to guide you every step of the way. You will be supported in this process through writing exercises, yoga & meditation, nature immersion, and ceremony along the way. This practice is meant to be a healing weekend. Once you fully bring awareness to your past, you can fully release it and move into the present.

ACCOMODATIONS
Seven Springs is a retreat center featuring seven natural springs on 126 acres of private land in the Foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. Near Maryville, Tennessee, we are within 500 miles of 50% of the U.S. population. The Smoky Mountains are the world’s oldest mountains and one of the world’s most ecologically diverse regions, featuring temperate rain forest climate with over 17,000 species of plants and animals. This incredible biodiversity adds to the abundant richness of Seven Springs.

After a personal awakening 10 years ago, Shelly has been on an intense healing path. She has a steadfast willingness to go deep within herself and look at those dark places in order to bring light into the world. Her everyday goal is to always be a better version of herself. She has used writing from a young age to express her emotions through poetry and journaling. Shelly lives life on the road full-time and change is her constant companion. She will bring a raw vulnerability to the weekend and create a safe space to explore your own depths.

In an over-stimulating world, April believes now more than ever in the power of taking time to be present with emotions. She views yoga as a healthy outlet for people to re-connect with themselves and deepen into who they are. Through yoga, April aspires to create safe spaces for people to feel empowered in their bodies, voices, and choices. April completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at the Asheville Yoga Center and completed a Yoga for Resiliency and Trauma Certification. She is passionate about helping people move stuck emotions through their bodies and helping people access the wholeness within.

A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve your spot and accommodation upon registration. Your balance must be paid by July 25, 2019. No refunds within two weeks of the start of the retreat.
