Anchoring into the Polarity of Me gave us an opportunity to acknowledge and honor the transition through our breath, ritual, and the elements. It was an invitation to explore the polarity of our lives and the world we are navigating. We identified and let go of what is no longer was serving us. We created space for our forward intentions. And learn to hold space and navigate the polarities of the journey.
