Anchoring into the Polarity of Me
As 2023 starts to come to an end, Anchoring into the Polarity of Me will give you an opportunity to acknowledge and honor this transition through your breath, ritual, and the elements. This is an invitation to explore the polarity of your life and the world you are navigating. We will explore all the light and dark, endings and beginnings, love and grief, joy and pain, connection and detachment, leading and following, control and freedom, tranquility and rage and EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN. You will discover and identify what your journey needs at this current time.
An anchor helps you to stay in place and not get carried away. When we are experiencing situations or emotions that overwhelm us, we can anchor into the opposite feeling or emotion. We can recognize the parts of ourselves that are the polarity of what is currently consuming us. This helps us to gain some balance and regulate our nervous system. It helps give us clarity and insight. We gain emotional strength the more we are able to do this.
This will be a very special retreat weekend, as it will be our first retreat in Truth or Consequences, NM, the future physical home of Becoming Bohemian Retreats! We will take a deep dive into our own unique experiences through breathwork, connecting with nature, creating altars, soaking in healing Hot Springs, opportunity to cold plunge, and moving our bodies. The retreat includes 4 days and 3 nights lodging, morning and evening meals, unlimited soaking on site, group anchor sessions, morning movement, personal ritual, and community support. As an added bonus, we will potentially be doing a land blessing on the future site of our healing retreat center. *You will also have the option to book local healing treatments (massage/reiki/ect) as well during your time there.

Nearest airport is Albuquerque, NM or El Paso, TX. We are happy to help arrange shared transport if needed from the airport to TorC.

She has been on a personal healing journey for the last 19 years and after experiencing 3 major deaths, she dove even deeper and started intense trauma work. As a creative, you are guaranteed to find her creating or making something with her hands. She will be showcasing her gifts by preparing meals, leading anchor sessions, and making sure all your needs are met.

To book your weekend and accommodations, you will have two options:
- Reservation made at full price
- Reservation made with a 25% down-payment deposit
A minimum of a 25% down-payment deposit is required to reserve your spot and accommodation if you are unable to pay full price at time of registration. Your balance must be paid by September 15, 2023. There will be no refunds on deposits, however, they can be used toward a future Becoming Bohemians Retreat.

Hot Springs Glamp Camp is a private oasis outfitted with vintage campers, a yurt, and even a newly constructed Earth Dome. It is the ultimate Glamping experience that includes the benefit of on site mineral hot springs to soak in. Guests have 24/7 access to 3 outdoor, fresh air tubs, and one indoor jetted jacuzzi tub.
You also have the option of bringing your own tent, RV, or van. And if you are local or want to make arrangements for other accommodations we have a retreat only option.
